Design brief
Answer eight short questions and turn what your designer needs to know into a clear brief.
Tell us about your project
Leave it empty if you do not have one yet.
Describe your product or service in a sentence.
Write their names or addresses; it helps if you say what you like about them.
Your brief
Your brief takes shape here as you answer. You do not have to fill in everything.
What you write stays in this tab; it does not reach us until you send it.
Good to know
What makes a good brief?
Describe the problem, not the solution
Instead of "I want a blue logo", say "we want to look trustworthy and serious". A designer who knows the goal can show you more than one way to get there.
Show examples
Two or three brands you like say more than pages of description. Say what you like about them too: the colour, the simplicity, the lettering?
Say where it will be used
The same logo behaves differently on a sign, on packaging and on a phone screen. Knowing where it will be used from the start means fewer fixes later.
